The number one reason is the author himself is an already proven 5 year has been failure by far much more so than any prez in U.S. history. The question should be why was Obamacare even started instead of being thrown in the trash can with the author? Lets start answering those kind of questions and start holding people accountable, who took and oath to be held accountable.
