In less than one year we’ve lost 2 insurance policies, one a retirement policy for a federal contractor and now our replacement private policy with Anthem Blue Cross (ending Jan. 1st.) The reason, of course, is Obamacare; this has been very stressful. The Obamacare calculator shows our rates in the state exchange as more than doubling. We want nothing to do with Obamacare, but our options are limited. Obamacare is hurting us financially, but this isn’t about us. We’re more concerned about its devastating impact on our children and grandchildren and everyone else’s children and grandchildren.
