I own a small business in which per diem employees hours are being counted together to make one FT employee. This will effect many home health agency’s across the country.
I have not been able to get medications filled and I have been on the phone with insurance companies for hours. My insurance was canceled we are now forced to pay for insurance benefits we do not need.The cost of my deductibles and monthly insurance costs have increased. I have always paid for my own insurance. This law is effecting jobs and the people who work had to make the jobs.
