I’ve taken the responsible route and have paid into a catastrophic medical plan for the past 24 years. Being that I’m self-employed, this is a nice policy to have… except that as of 12/31/13 the policy will no longer exist due to — you guessed it — the Affordable Care Act. Thanks, Mr. President.
