My granddaughters parents are deceased and I am the legal guardian. We received notice from Blue Cross/Blue Shield their policy would no longer be available and we needed to choose a new policy by Dec. 15th. After checking the other plans, we have found their premium has gone up 300% per child and the cheapest deductible is $6,500 per child. That is the CHEAPEST policy available to these children. I thought we would be able to “keep our same policies.”
