The company that I work for is no longer hiring full-time employees. Everyone is now part-time unless you were hired before a certain date. The young people being hired can’t afford insurance on merely a part-time salary. Additionally, I feel that due to Obamacare both spouses in a family will now have to work to have health insurance, since the majority of companies are no longer covering spouses.
