Not only is this a giant power grab by the government for a larger percent (16%) control of the economy, the President lied to the American people when he sold this Law. President Obama and the Democrats clearly took advantage of the position they had with control of the House, Senate and White House. That makes the Law only approved by 50% (roughly) of the American people. There was no approval by the Republicans at all. That makes this Law a bad law because it does not represent all of Americans. At the time you could tell that even a large portion of the Democrats didn’t approve. The way they twisted arms, and probably legs of even the Democrats makes it a terrible move for the American people. We need to scrap the Law and revise and remodel the Law so it is a good Law for All of Americans. Any law that damages the American people in such a tremendous way is Bad Law and should be removed and reworked. Then we can ALL vote on it and not just 50% of the Americans. The way it was done makes it unconstitutional. I also note that any changes in the original Law made by the President without consent and agreement by the Congress are unlawful changes and should be dismissed by the Congress and should be void and removed.
